Commitment & cancellation
A commitment to consistent content
Your retainer reserves production availability on our calendar and lets us plan content around your listings — which is why it starts with a 3-month commitment, and why it's simple to leave after that.
The terms, up front
- Monthly retainers begin with an initial 3-month commitment.
- After the initial 3 months, your retainer continues on an ongoing month-to-month basis.
- Cancel any time after the initial commitment with 30 days' written notice.
- Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
- Monthly production allocations are used within the billing period and do not roll over.
- Full terms are set out in the Retainer Agreement you sign before your first production.
Cancellations take effect 30 days after written notice is received. Additional terms and conditions are outlined in the official Retainer Agreement.
